A charming and highly collectible example of British studio pottery from the late 20th century. Hand-thrown by renowned potter Richard Champion at his North Devon studio near the village of Monkleigh, this piece features the artist’s signature "imaginary dream elements." The décor consists of whimsical, hand-painted botanical motifs in muted tones of olive green, sienna red, and burnt umber against a creamy off-white background. The scalloped edges and concentric blue-grey bands add a playful yet sophisticated touch to this unique artisanal piece.
