Lot of 3 wall sconces – Rococo / Louis XV style, early 20th century.

Elegant lot composed of three wall sconces in Rococo / Louis XV style, characterized by rich decorations with scrolls and foliate motifs (acanthus), with sinuous lines and a strong dramatic impact.

The sconces feature refined decorative workmanship, ideal for classical interiors, but also perfect for creating an elegant contrast in modern interiors.

Made of a metal alloy, probably brass or bronze (material untested).

Conditions:

The sconces are original to the period and have not been restored, thus preserving a beautiful authentic patina with signs of wear and oxidations consistent with their age.
The electrical installation has been revised.
