Serving trolley - Brass - Elegant Deco Wagon

You are bidding on a very nice, large and well-preserved serving cart, which, due to defects on two wheels, can now only be used as a decorative element. (At least in my case) To avoid later discussions, misunderstandings, and trouble, it is offered as DECOR. Maybe it can be made fully usable again, I don’t know! Essentially a great cart from France with well-preserved brass and glass. For safety reasons it will be disassembled for shipping, but can be easily reassembled.
So please bid only if you are sure about this!!!!
