Description from the seller

Antique Meissen plate from Germany.

Three-dimensional spiral relief with gilded rim.

Hand-painted floral pattern. The rim features a three-dimensional bamboo weave texture. A very beautiful and elegant plate.

Date: 1940-1950

Diameter: approx. 29 cm. Height: 3 cm. Second-class condition. The plate is in perfect condition without any chips or scratches. There are a few small black spots from the original firing process; please refer to the pictures.

A good piece for a Meissen collector, and the size is quite impressive.

(For comparison, a similar first-class plate would retail for over €1,000.)

Seller's Story

I am a middle-aged man living in Italy, born in the 1970s. I love life, sports, collecting, and visiting European antique fairs and shops. I collect old and medieval objects from the East and Europe, including porcelain, silverware, bronzeware, banknotes, and stamps. This is my life.
