Large Japanese tripod incense burner (censer) in dark patinated metal, richly decorated with dragons, mythical masks and intricate relief motifs. Featuring two openwork handles and three sturdy legs, inspired by archaic ritual vessels (ding).

Height approx. 30 cm. In good vintage condition with wear and patina consistent with age. A striking decorative and collectible piece.

Height: 29 cm

In good vintage condition with signs of age and wear to the metal base. please see pictures.
