Banconote della Germania Est (DDR-Mark), la valuta ufficiale della Repubblica Democratica Tedesca (DDR) prima della riunificazione tedesca del 1990.

Il dettaglio dei tagli che hai fotografato, dall'alto verso il basso:

500 Mark: Il taglio più alto di questa serie, caratterizzato dallo stemma di Stato della DDR.

200 Mark: Raffigura una tipica famiglia della DDR davanti a edifici residenziali moderni (Plattenbau).

100 Mark: Raffigura Karl Marx.

50 Mark: Raffigura Friedrich Engels.

20 Mark: Raffigura Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

10 Mark: Raffigura Clara Zetkin.

5 Mark: Raffigura Thomas Müntzer (indicato in basso a destra sulla banconota).

Stato: Dopo la riunificazione tedesca, queste banconote persero il loro valore legale e furono sostituite dal marco tedesco (Deutsche Mark) della Repubblica Federale di Germania.

Valore: Oggi non hanno valore come valuta corrente, ma sono oggetti molto comuni nel collezionismo numismatico. Il loro valore economico dipende dallo stato di conservazione (se sono "fior di conio" o circolate).

Curiosità: La scritta "Staatsbank der DDR" significa "Banca di Stato della DDR".

Sono dei pezzi di storia molto affascinanti per chi è interessato alla numismatica o al periodo della Guerra Fredda.
