The pen is presented in very good overall condition, showing a remarkable level of conservation both aesthetically and functionally. The body in black precious resin maintains a deep, uniform shine, with elegant reflections that enhance its sophisticated character. At first glance, no significant wear or material loss is noticeable, only very light micro-scratches typical of careful use, visible only under close inspection.

The metal elements — clip, bands, and platinum-finished details — retain their integrity and original shine, with no signs of corrosion or significant wear. The clip maintains proper tension and alignment, ensuring practical and reliable use.

The translucent upper dome with the Montblanc floating emblem is in excellent condition, with no cracks or opacity, preserving its characteristic clean and well-defined visual effect.

The 14-karat gold nib, in point size M (Medium), is presented in very good condition. No deformations or misalignments are observed, and the tip preserves its original geometry. The feed and flow have been checked, guaranteeing a smooth, generous, and consistent writing experience, in line with this nib size.

The gripping area shows an excellent condition, with the characteristic textured pattern well defined, without noticeable wear, ensuring an optimal ergonomic experience.

As the only detail to mention, there is a small identification tag with the letter “B” on the body, presumably added for identifying the nib width. This element does not affect the piece’s operation at all, though it constitutes a minor intervention unrelated to the original configuration.

Overall, this is a very well-preserved example, fully functional and ready for use or collection, maintaining the modern elegance and technical finesse typical of the StarWalker Midnight Black line.
