Jeroen Aart Krabbé (Amsterdam, 5 December 1944) is a Dutch actor, film director, and painter. As a painter, Krabbé has mainly devoted himself to landscape painting, although he has also painted a number of portraits and still lifes. His style, characterized by often vivid colors, ranges from strongly abstract to figurative, with the influence of Impressionism being noticeable. Krabbé has made various sketches on locations he visited as a film actor, including Ouarzazate in Morocco, Fanuatu and Indonesia. Krabbé collaborated with Francis Kyle Galleries in London.
