The books are beautifully bound, designed and illustrated. Firm and well-bound volumes. External covers in nice shape, slightly marked, and with some fading to spines, and light wear to corners and spine ends. Internally; in very good condition indeed. No names or inscriptions. Pages are clean, with light foxing on the margin of few pages. Inner hinges are very good, and pages are tightly held at gutters. All coloured plates are present, and in fine condition. These books have clearly been much loved. And could be also a valuable addition to a bird lovers' (Please see pictures).
