A striking vintage circus "panel" designed for outdoor telegraph pole and narrow-space advertising.

This design—featuring the "Elephant Rider" and the clown—is a classic example of mid-century circus art.
​Roberts Bros. was a well-known truck circus (or "mud show") that originated in the 1960s and was based out of Sarasota, Florida. They were famous for their beautiful animals and family-friendly atmosphere.

This original paper circus poster captures the magic of the Big Top with three iconic circus elements: a beautifully decorated elephant, a glamorous showgirl in a red costume, and a classic white-face clown. Printed by the famous Enquirer Printing Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio (noted at the bottom), this poster features the bold, saturated colors and woodblock-style textures that collectors love.
