Superb pair of casseroles forming lidded vases, in veined pink marble and richly chiseled and gilded bronze. Style Louis XVI, Napoléon III era mid-19th century.

Elegant neoclassical decor: the double-scroll handles support garlands of draped draperies falling on an ovoid body. The removable lid is topped with a seed finial.

Condition: very good condition, original gilding, no visible cracks on the marble.

Superbe paire de cassolettes formant vases couverts, en marbre rose veiné et bronze richement ciselé et doré. 
Style Louis XVI, époque Napoléon III milieu 19e.

Décor néoclassique élégant: les anses à double enroulement soutiennent des guirlandes de draperies tombantes sur un corps ovoïde. Le couvercle amovible est sommé d’une graine.

État: très bel état de conservation, dorure d’origine, pas de fêlures visibles sur le marbre.
