Liberty Door hardware (12) - 1910-1920 - Raro Hardware Set

Complete set of architectural hardware in the Liberty style (Art Nouveau) original from the Italian early 1900s. The lot comes from the recovery of a historic building and is characterized by the typical sinuous “whip-like” aesthetic and phytomorphic motifs.

The set (12 pieces total) includes:
4 Long plates for doors: decorated with floral motifs at the base and at the top. Two pieces preserve the original brassy patina, two have been polished.
2 Lever handles: in solid brass, bearing original foundry numerical punch marks ("20" and "3") on the neck and on the square pins.
2 Ratchet knobs: for interior window or shutter doors, coordinated in the same style.
4 Brass keys: of which one is a rare key with a clover-shaped handle, typical of Liberty design.
Accessories: complete with original hand-punched pins.

Material: Solid cast brass (not stamped sheet).
Total weight: 1.5 kg (testifies to the high quality of the casting).
Condition: Excellent conserved condition. The variety of patinas allows for a personalized restoration or for conservative use.
