Description from the seller

Set of 6 Val Saint Lambert Crystal Old Fashioned Glasses — “Danse de Flore” Pattern

A stunning set of six Belgian crystal rocks glasses by the prestigious Val Saint Lambert glassworks, in the celebrated “Danse de Flore” pattern. Each glass features a frosted band adorned with richly detailed 22-karat gold figures — classical dancers, musicians, and revelers — framed by double gold line borders at top and bottom. The clear crystal bases are faceted in a bold geometric panelled form, lending substantial weight and brilliance.

Designed by Léon Ledru, Val Saint Lambert’s head designer from 1896–1926, the “Danse de Flore” pattern is among the most sought-after in the VSL canon. The gold decoration on each glass is slightly varied, showcasing different scenes from the frieze. Original “Val Saint Lambert” foil labels remain on several glasses, along with original “Do Not Wash With Detergent” stickers, suggesting these are in near-pristine unused condition.

A rare opportunity to acquire a complete set of this iconic Belgian crystal in exceptional condition.
Origin: Belgium | Circa: Early–mid 20th century | Quantity: 6 glasses
