This is an Early World War I Austrian Bronze Plaque
A relief of this kind once adorned the entrance of the torpedo factory in Fiume (present-day Rijeka)
U-Boat naval submarines at Center and Winged Victory at left. Latin Motto at Bottom. "Industry & Fortitude"
Signed by Artist: "H. Kautsch"
