Vanessa Mitrani - Vase (2) - BRIDE - Glass

A pair of BRIDE vases by designer Vanessa Mitrani, whose original design dates back to 2013.

These “Bride” vases by Vanessa Mitrani feature a slender, organic form, in transparent or satin glass.

A weave of fiberglass is integrated into the material while hot, creating a delicate texture like a footprint literally frozen in the glass. This weave brings a delicate tonal texture, between transparency and opacity, while giving a sense of movement captured.

Vanessa Mitrani is distributed worldwide by prestigious retailers such as Roche Bobois, Lane Crawford, Bergdorff Goodman or Cassina. Some of her creations are part of the permanent collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. The pieces are made in close collaboration with artisans, and are assembled in her Pantin studio, near Paris where she designs all her collections.
