Jewellery box - Mahogany

Oval mahogany veneer jewelry box with ebony inlay. The interior with blue velvet of a later date. Art Deco style. Mid-20th century or possibly a bit earlier. Includes a key.

In good condition. Small damages and restorations overall. The key does not need to be turned fully around; a short clockwise turn is sufficient to operate the mechanism in the lock. The lid can however also be opened without a key. There is some play in the hinge. See the photos that form part of the description.
