A single backlit poster for Chanel Allure, designed by Laetitia Casta, dating to the 1990s, measuring 85 cm by 65 cm, in condition A- (fine with tiny imperfections).
Description from the seller
It is highly likely that this poster was designed to be backlit, though the poster itself is often printed on a translucent polyester film (sometimes called a "duratrans") rather than hard plastic. These specific types of advertising materials were common in high-end cosmetic counters and duty-free shops during the late 1990s and early 2000s. The glowing appearance in the image is characteristic of these displays, which use a light box to illuminate the image from behind, making the perfume bottle appear filled with golden light.Key Details of this Advertisement Slogan: "Difficult to define, impossible to resist".Campaign Era: This specific creative was part of the original Allure campaign launched in 1996 and utilized through the early 2000s.Material: While collectors often find these as paper prints today, the versions used in illuminated displays were printed on specialized thick translucent films to handle the heat and light of a display box
This image features a vintage 1996 advertisement for the Chanel Allure fragrance. The woman pictured is French model and actress Laetitia Casta, (THE MOST BEUTIFUL MODEL FOR THE CHANEL ALLURE, IMHO). This specific campaign was launched alongside the fragrance in 1996, emphasizing a "floral-fresh-oriental" scent profile designed to be unique to every woman.
This is an Original plastic poster for the Launch in 1996 and would have been displayed in a Back Lit frame.
This has NO Splits/cracks or tears, NO damaged corners.
