The Yashica 44 LM, introduced in the late 1950s, is a sophisticated twin-lens reflex (TLR) camera designed to use 127 roll film, producing classic 4x4cm "super slides." As a more advanced version of the standard Yashica 44, the LM (Light Meter) model features a built-in selenium exposure meter, making it a highly capable tool for enthusiasts of the compact TLR format. Inspired by the baby Rolleiflex, this Japanese masterpiece is celebrated for its elegant grey and silver aesthetic and its high-quality Yashinon optics, which deliver impressive sharpness and contrast.
