Beautiful and highly decorative set of large hand-painted Delft-style cachepots / jardinières made in colorful polychrome faience.
The pieces are richly decorated with traditional floral motifs in cobalt blue, red, green, yellow and manganese on a bright white ground. The elegant undulating rim and the refined hand-painted decoration reference the classical Delft pottery tradition.
The cachepots combine a warm country look with a strong decorative presence and fit perfectly within both classical and eclectic interiors.
