Superb mid-century French ceramic vase by St. Clement.
This magnificent vase is highly decorative and features a stunning black ground with greenish hues.
It seems almost in motion, like sea grasses, which makes it very pleasant to look at.
Made in the St Clement Studio of Art Ceramic, hand-painted with a brush, bearing the maker's mark and the decorator's number, from the 1950s–1960s.
The finish and glaze are in excellent condition.
The vase bears the manufacturer's mark; see the detailed photos.
This mid-century French ceramic vase, handmade by St. Clement, will enhance any contemporary or modern decor.
