Rhenania Duisdorf-Bonn – large porcelain vase / cachepot
Germany, circa 1925–1940
Hand-decorated cobalt blue floral décor on white glazed porcelain.
Elegant spherical vase produced by Rhenania (Duisdorf-Bonn, Germany), decorated with rich blue floral ornament inspired by traditional Delft and Meissen decorative patterns. The piece features detailed transfer decoration with stylized flowers and scrolling foliage across the entire surface.
The green underglaze factory mark “Rhenania Duisdorf-Bonn” dates the piece to the first half of the 20th century, most likely late Art Deco / early interwar period rather than 1900–1920. Therefore, for Catawiki лучше указать примерно 1925–1940.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-related wear. Minor surface wear and small imperfections from age and use. One visible rubbed/scratched area to the blue decoration (see detailed photo). No major cracks or restorations observed.
