Spider-Man #1 (August 1990): The famous "Silver Edition". McFarlane writes and draws a new Spider-Man title, breaking all sales records of the era. A comic that redefined the character’s aesthetics with his spaghetti-webs and extreme dynamic poses.

Spawn #1 (May 1992): The absolute debut of Spawn and the birth of Image Comics. After leaving Marvel, McFarlane creates his most famous antihero, marking the beginning of one of the most durable and successful independent comic series in the history of comics.
