UKAN Blanco is born from meticulous selection of white grapevines located at the ends of our red grape plots; old vines with low yields in soils with a marked calcareous influence. Its fermentation and aging for one year in new barrels and concrete tanks impart texture and body without sacrificing freshness. The result is a complex and delicate white wine, with a natural tension sustained by its elegant mineral structure, revealing a precise, vibrant wine with exceptional aging potential. A very limited production that conveys the spirit of Ukan Winery in every bottle.
