Description from the seller
Antique oak wooden wall display cabinet executed in the Louis XV style (also known as Rococo).
The Louis XV style is known for its elegance and organic shapes, which are echoed in this cabinet through:
The curved crown: The flowing, asymmetrical upper line (crest) is a typical feature of this French court style.
Lattice division: The wooden slats (staves) that divide the glass in the door into smaller panes give the cabinet a classic appearance.
Wood type: The use of solid oak wood with visible grain is characteristic for furniture from Western Europe (especially the Netherlands, Belgium and France).
The cabinet also has two oak shelves for all your collectibles.
Glazed side panels: Because the sides are also glass, this type is often called a showpiece cabinet or curio cabinet, intended to display collection items from multiple angles.
The curved crown (crest): decorated with wood carving in the center.
The vitrine cabinet can be locked with a key.
Dimensions;
Height 54 cm
Width 57.5 cm
