Liquor set (7) - Glass - Liqueur service

Vintage rosolio or liqueur service in Art Déco style, dating roughly to the period between the 1930s and the 1950s, made in Italy. The set consists of a central decanter (or carafe) with stopper and 6 coordinating stemmed bowls. It features a bi-chromatic combination with bases and stems in opaque black glass and cups in transparent glass, enriched by a horizontal decorative band incised in silver (or metallic overpainting) with floral and foliate motifs typical of European manufacturing in the 20th century. The set was traditionally used to serve rosolio, sweet liqueurs, cordials, or after-dinner distillates. Composed of a large carafe and 6 liquor glasses. Good condition, normal signs of wear and age.
