The metal components with a platinum finish — including the clip, the central band, and the grip area — remain in excellent condition, with uniform shine and no significant wear. No loss of plating or notable dents are observed, preserving an elegant and well-maintained look.

The clip is firm, correctly aligned, and functional, with the Montblanc engraving clearly defined.

The transparent top dome features good transparency, allowing a clear view of the floating Montblanc emblem. No cracks or significant opacities are detected, only minimal surface marks derived from use.
