Table lamp - Murano glass - A leaf with a label

Splendid and refined vintage table lamp (bedside lamp) entirely handmade on the island of Murano, dating from the late 70s / early 80s.
The illuminating body is molded in the famous iconic acanthus leaf organic shape, a great classic of Murano design that harkens back to the historic Barovier & Toso tradition. The artistic glass, of exceptional thickness and quality, features a sumptuous rough relief finish (rough glass) specifically designed to capture light and refract it in an incredibly warm, soft, and dramatic way.
Details of Authenticity and Design:
Certification Mark: On the front part of the glass is perfectly preserved the original transparent sticker "Vetri Murano" with the official logo of the workshop’s clamp. An absolute guarantee of provenance and authenticity, essential for collectors and industry experts.
Structure and Base: The glass leaf is firmly anchored by two gold pins to a glossy black circular base with a chrome upper plate. A chromatic contrast typical of late Italian Mid-Century Modern design.
Condition of the item:
The lamp is in excellent vintage condition. Mark under the base (see photo)
Murano glass is intact, free of chipping, cracks or faults. Metal components well preserved. The electrical system is original to the era, complete with black wiring, switch, and plug perfectly functioning (fits standard E14 bulb, not included).
