Description from the seller
An exceptional pair of Bausch & Lomb AN6531 Type II Outdoorsman vintage sunglasses from the 1930s-1937; an iconic model of the B&L military range. The frame is made of copper and not magnetic steel, and the plating is nickel. The lens tint is slightly lighter than the RB3 and G15 lenses from Ray-Ban. The Bausch & Lomb logo is engraved on the bridge of the nose with no mention of the Ray-Ban brand because it predates it. There are no apparent signs of oxidation on the frame or temples. The case is made of aluminum metal, stamped with the original triangular B & L logo, and made in USA. The lenses are not scratched, have no chips, and are like new, in excellent condition. Only the protection of the right nose pad has come off, but that does not at all prevent wearing them (see photo). Unisex model.”
