Beautiful decorative ink set with a reclining lioness on the lid. It is hand-painted, the gold on the corners has worn away with time. These ink sets were made in Brussels (Vieux Bruxelles, as seen by the light-blue color) around 1800-1850. The pounce shaker and ink pot are present.

Mooi decoratief inktstel met op de deksel een liggende leeuwin. Het is handgeschilderd, het goud op de hoeken is weggesleten door de tijd. Deze inktstellen werden in Brussel ( Vieux Bruxelles, te zien aan de lichtblauwe kleur) gemaakt rond 1800- 1850.
De strooier en inktpot zijn aanwezig.
