Val Saint Lambert - Vase - Crystal - Miniature Borodine coupe

Rare miniature "Borodine coupé" from Val St.Lambert. This is a miniature version of one of the most prestigious Art Deco creations by Val St.Lambert.
The large Borodine coups were luxurious pieces, but the miniatures were produced only in a very limited edition and are therefore much rarer. The workmanship was technically very complex. With miniatures, the precision work had to be done on a much smaller surface: more risk of breakage, more handcraft, much higher production costs!
Miniature vases were mainly used as exclusive display objects, corporate gifts, window display pieces, or as collectibles. Moreover, many of these vases have disappeared or been damaged over time!
Not only is the original round Val St.Lambert sticker still present, but under the base it also bears the cursive signature "Val St.Lambert".
Very beautiful cobalt blue color.
