Antique Victorian solid silver ornate BERRY serving spoon made in the repoussage method in London England ( see photo or hallmark ) by William Eley & William Fearn in 1801.
This elegant serving spoon has a very beautiful raised design on the base incorporating a collection of summer fruits, flowers and foliage. The neck of the spoon is ornately patterned with delicate engraved foliage.
This is a very lovely spoon and would make an ideal gift for someone who has an appreciation for British silverware or for collectors of William Eley/ Fern collections.
Good vintage condition with light marks appertaining to age and usage!
