Description from the seller
In a display case, the photographs show an era Wrangler advertisement poster, framed, which is part of a series of illustrations created by the artist Nardini.
The subject depicted is an Indian of the Apsárooke (Crow) tribe, identified as “Wolf Apsaroke,” within the line of images used by Wrangler in its advertising communications from the late 1970s and early 1980s.
The work is framed and the approximate overall dimensions, including the frame, are 68 x 50 cm. The frame is in generally good condition and adequately protects the piece.
Regarding the poster’s conservation state, it is good, though it shows some edge imperfections, especially at the mounting points, derived from having been hung with pins (as seen in the photographs). These marks are visible but do not affect the overall readability of the image.
The back of the set presents an issue: the backing is partially detached, which can also be seen in the images. The frame remains in good structural and aesthetic condition.
It will be shipped with the frame included and well protected.
