Chinese export porcelain octagonal plate dating to the Qianlong period (1736–1795); diameter 23 cm, weight 299 g, with underglaze blue and overglaze Famille Rose/Imari enamels, in excellent antique condition with minor gilding wear and tiny firing imperfections on the reverse.

An authentic and finely decorated Chinese export porcelain octagonal plate, dating from the Qianlong period (1736–1795), Qing Dynasty.
Design and Decoration: The central medallion is beautifully painted in underglaze blue and overglaze Famille Rose / Imari enamels, depicting an elegant still life with flower vases, blooming peonies, and a flying butterfly. The rim features a dense floral border with iron-red and pink blossoms, framed by an intricate geometric diaper band and finished with a distinct gilt-biscuit rim.Shape: Rare and highly collectible octagonal form with a slightly lobed edge.Condition: Excellent antique condition. No hairlines, no cracks, and no restoration. Minor age-related wear to the gilding on the rim and tiny firing imperfections (iron spots/pinholes) on the reverse, which are entirely consistent with 18th-century production.Diameter: 23 cmWeight: 299 g
