Gorgeous Val Saint Lambert crystal vase – emerald green doublé crystal – Belgium – ca. 1950/1960 – signed
Elegant and luxurious crystal vase from the renowned Belgian house Val Saint Lambert, crafted in deep emerald green doublé crystal.
This refined vase was produced using the traditional doublure technique: mouth-blown clear crystal was coated with a green crystal layer and then richly faceted so that the transparent crystal shows through. The result is a brilliant play of light, color, and reflection.
The vase features a particularly stylish silhouette with:
* a richly faceted diamond pattern at the top,
* an elegant tapered form,
* and a heavy, stable foot.
The piece is likely dating from the period 1950–1960 and bears a hand-engraved signature on the underside/bottom edge, which further emphasizes authenticity.
Condition
In beautiful vintage condition with normal minor signs of use appropriate to its age. No visible cracks or chips detected.
