20th Century Yellow Shoushan Stone Rectangular Seal
Description:
A finely carved yellow Shoushan stone seal dating to the 20th century. The seal is of elegant rectangular form and is carved with Chinese inscriptions on one side. The stone displays an attractive yellow tone with a pleasing natural texture, characteristic of Shoushan stone.
The underside bears the carved seal face, making this an appealing example of a traditional Chinese scholar's object as well as a decorative collectible.

Overall in complete condition. There is damage to the paper at the lower edge of the scroll, together with minor age-related wear. Please examine the photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the description.
