French Art Deco silver ring from the 1920s–1940s featuring a large rectangular blue emerald-cut stone, weighing 7.08 g, EU size 53, in good used condition with signs of wear.
Description from the seller
Beautiful French silver Art Deco ring with a large rectangular blue stone.
The design is typical of the Art Deco period (the 1920s to the 1940s). This is clearly seen in the clean geometric lines, the stepped or architectural shoulders of the band, and the prominent, rectangular step-cut gemstone (emerald cut).
Size 53 - see photos for verification.
Weight is 7.08 grams.
Featuring the silver mark “crabe” and the maker’s mark AC.
After decades of careful collecting I have decided to part with (part of) my collection. I wish these special objects a place with a new admirer who understands the value of historical preservation. It is time these pieces receive the attention they deserve, so they too will be preserved for the distant future.
I will provide extremely careful packaging and insured shipping.
