According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais' market value in 2021 ranges roughly from 600 to 2000 euros for his paintings and multiples, making him relatively affordable for art collectors.
A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores multiple techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism to Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to matter projections in the style of Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage or to the expressionism of Karel Appel, which traverses the boundary between abstract gesture and figurative representation. Yet his signature remains this physical painting, the material worked by the body, a testimony to the artist's intimate monologue.
Artist represented at the Galerie les couleurs de l'éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutchart in the Netherlands. Alongside Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005. Recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon. Recent exhibitions in Chisinau, Moldova, Cannes, Pézenas and Lyon — Abbaye Paul Bocuse, gala evening, 2023. Paris, private collection gallery on Île Saint-Louis since 2016. Exhibits in international galleries in Belgium, USA, Italy and Portugal since 2019.
