Box (2) - Wood - Florentine Boxes

Precious wooden boxes, one rectangular (20 x 9 x 5.5 cm, 168 g), the other shaped like a casket (15.5 x 12.5 x 10 cm, 262 g), carved and dating from the 1950s, made in Florence, with relief gilded and plastered work. On the lids there are two prints taken from famous paintings. The artistic style is inspired by Rococo dating to the late 18th century, of which many examples are exhibited at the Louvre Museum in Paris.

The condition of preservation is very good, a few small cracks and losses, but overall nothing that would undermine its beauty.
