Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the old Este dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best place for producing Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These 6 bottles of 250 ml of Aceto Balsamico di Modena aged 3 years are the fruit of the competence and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and of the passage of time. In a harmonious weave of delicate flavors, the aromas and characteristic scents unfold on the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in precious wooden casks.
