Escena de playa, an oil on panel painting by Francisco Benavente Solís (born 1940), from the 1970s to 1980s, depicting a seascape in the Impressionism style, measuring 55 x 70 cm with the frame, hand-signed, in excellent condition, sold with frame, produced in Spain by Galería as an Original edition.

Hand-signed, in the bottom right corner.
Oil on panel.
Dimensions: 35 x 50 cm; 55 x 70 cm (framed).
Generally in good condition.
A painter based in Esplugues de Llobregat since 1965, Francisco Benavente began his training in Spain and later broadened it thanks to a scholarship.
During his first exhibition in Paris, the French press described him as the “Catalan Sorolla.”
Honorary Member of MECOART (Mediterranean Contemporary Art Center of San Francisco, California) (USA).
Extremaduran of the year 1987 in plastic arts. Cadena SER (Badajoz).
Fellow of the city of Ahrensburg (Germany).
Recognition from Their Majesties the Kings of Spain for his artistic work.
