R. Bombardieri - Serving tray - Gilt brass

Valued and large rectangular tray of mass-produced brass, conceived and signed by the well-known Italian artist and designer Remo Bombardieri in the 1960s (Mid-Century Modern period).
The plaque features a splendid and detailed geometric and figurative engraving titled "Horses in Combat", an iconic, dynamic, and highly dramatic theme, typical of the author's creations. The artist's signature "R. Bombardieri" is finely engraved directly on the plaque at the bottom right.
This lot represents the largest and rarest collectible variant compared to the standard formats usually circulating.
