Handwritten writing slope/desk on handmade wood, France, second half of the 20th century.

The writing slope is hand-painted, decorated with flowers and foliage on the top, a bird and branches inside.

Rounded storage compartment at the top, with its removable stoneware pen holder.

Perfect for its original use on a desk, as a lectern to place books; it can also be used, for example, as a large storage/organizer in an entryway... a useful object full of charm.

The writing slope is in excellent overall condition. Dimensions: approx. 37 x 32 x 13.5 cm. Weight approx. 1850 g.

L'écritoire est peint à la main, décoré de fleurs et feuillages sur le dessus, oiseau et branchage à l'intérieur.

Emplacement de rangement arrondi dans le haut, avec son porte plume/stylo en grès amovible.

Parfait pour son usage d'origine sur un bureau, comme pupitre pour y poser des livres, il peut également s'utiliser par exemple comme grand rangement/vide poches dans une entrée... un object utile et plein de charme.

L'écritoire est en excellent état général. Dimensions : env. 37 x 32 x 13,5 cm. Poids env. 1850 gr.
