Vishnu - Bronze - India - 18th century

Bronze figure of Vishnu; it is one of the deities that formed part of the domestic altar. Because of the pujas, the facial features are completely worn away. The god with the mudra of fearlessness in one of his hands, and in the other arms and hands the conch, the disk, or the hand resting on the hip, is a typical representation that stands out for its bulk and for the beautiful golden color of the bronze.
