Fascinating and numerous lot consisting of 14 architectural elements and Chinese wooden decorative panels.

This extraordinary collection presents a variety of shapes, sizes, and execution techniques, bearing witness to the high craftsmanship of traditional Chinese artisanry of the era.
The panels are richly decorated and are mainly divided into three visible types in the photos:

1) Perforated panels with animated scenes (Vertical and horizontal panels): Carved in deep relief (high relief) and finely pierced. They depict scenes of daily life, court characters, dignitaries, and traditional pavilions, enriched with floral motifs (symbols of prosperity and good omens). Many retain the original polychromy in lacquer red tones, black, and embellished with gold leaf details (gilding).
2) Plaques painted with lacquer and gold (Large rectangular panels): Two large smooth panels with molded frames, decorated with black lacquer technique and painted in gold with landscapes, mountains, figures under parasols, and Chinese classical architectures.
3) Structural elements and minor moldings: Long and narrow moldings, including a splendid panel entirely gold-leafed with motifs of birds and blossoming branches on a red fabric background, and other elements with geometric carvings and figures.
Dimensions:
The sizes are very varied and detailed in the images with a measuring tape. Lengths range from small elements of about 20-30 cm up to substantial moldings exceeding 100-120 cm. (Please closely view the photos with the tape measure for the exact measurements of each individual piece).
Condition (Conservation):
Generally good condition, considering age and fragility of the material. As authentic antique objects, they show normal signs of time and use, including: a natural patina on the wood, small losses or cracks in the carving, widespread wear on the gilding and surface lacquer, and slight chips on the edges of some panels. No recent invasive restoration. All the charm of the antique is preserved.
