Description from the seller

Set of 12 glass goblets with 800 silver band – Italy, Florence (20th century)

Description

Elegant set consisting of 12 glass goblets with a decorative 800 silver band, expression of Italian silversmithing tradition.

Each goblet features a refined band in solid silver stamped with official marks, crafted with sober and elegant workmanship, perfectly integrated with the glass. The clean, timeless design makes them ideal both for use and as high-quality decorative elements.

The goblets are stamped with Italian 800 silver marks and with the official star-shaped mark and number 438 FI, identifying a registered silversmith in the Florence area. This marking system was introduced in 1968, allowing the production to be placed in the second half of the 20th century.
