Wall sconce (2) - Wrought iron - Pair of wall sconces

This pair of wall sconces reproduces classical and historic forms (such as Empire style or Neoclassical) to suit elegant or rustic settings. Made of metal, wrought iron with an antique brass or bronze effect finish: They feature an elongated vertical frame with a backplate decorated by a palmette motif or stylized crest at the top. The main body has a hammered or embossed finish. The central section simulates a candle, wrapped in fabric, enriched with trim or gilded details. At the top, the white lampholder for candelabra-base bulbs is visible.
The base is shaped like a rolled scroll. The lampshade: It features the typical scalloped, fan-shaped form, designed specifically to shield the bulb from the front and diffuse the light softly along the wall. The covering is parchment-colored, finished at the edges with trim.
Good condition with normal signs of age and wear.
The height is approximately 63 cm.
