Publisher: Macmillan, London, 1909, English, Hardcover, first Detmold edition, second printing, 314 pages.
Condition is reasonable, browning on the edges, foxing, cloth on the spine is damaged, hinges worn but boards still in place, original Burgundy cloth binding with bright gilt design, 16 coloured plates by Maurice and Edward Detmold, names on frontpage. See photo's for condition.
