Jan van Erp (1914-1989) trained at the art academy in The Hague. From 1954 to 1974 he worked in his own pottery in Waalre.

Prachtige decoratieve fat lava schaal van Jan van Erp met aan de binnenzijde rijke schakeringen van oranje-rood. De buitenzijde heeft een robuuste grijskleurige structuur. 
Een eyecatcher met de typische gegeerde space age stijl.
Jan van Erp (1914-1989) is opgeleid aan de kunstacademie in Den Haag. Van 1954 tot 1974 is hij werkzaam in zijn eigen pottenbakkerij in Waalre.
