ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA GIUSEPPE GIUSTI SINCE 1605, THE OLDEST ACETAIA IN ITALY.
Since the 17th century the Giusti family has cared for its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that results in complex harmony of flavors and in products of excellence appreciated all over the world.
A precious wooden chest contains five bottles of 250 ml of the highly prized BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP.
1 BOTTLE "A SILVER MEDAL" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, rounded balsamic acidity, the “Silver Medal” is a highly aromatic product, capable of elevating the flavor of dishes with its intensity. Suitable for use both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak barrels from 1900 with additions of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old barrel batteries.
1 BOTTLE "TWO GOLD MEDALS - THE CLASSIC" 250 ML.
A historic product of the Giusti Acetaia, “the Classic” is a balsamic of great versatility, suitable for both cooking and enjoying raw. With good density and a perfect sweet-sour balance, it features notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with additions of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old barrel batteries.
