Our oil is a true “unicum” precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundantly present in the tuff rock on which they stand majestically.
The location conveys to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
